On Christmas Morning Abby didn't wake up till around 8:15 (it took every ounce of control I had not to go in there and wake her up to go see what Santa Brought). When she finally got up we went straight into the living room to see all her stuff. She was SUPER excited about her car. She is obsessed with these kinds of cars and it is almost impossible to get her out of one once she gets in. Santa is a pretty smart man to know how much she would love one of her own.
She also got her very own high chair for her baby and things to feed the baby.
This gift though was one of the favorites. Her very own beauty kit which includes a hair dryer (that turns on), flat iron, mirror, combs, clips (just like the ones mom uses when she is getting ready), nail polish (that is empty, perfect for an almost 2 year old who loves nail polish), pretend eye shadow, and an assortment of make up brushes. Now we can get ready together and maybe she will leave my stuff alone...maybe.
Abby ended up with quite a bit of stuff for her little self. I regret not taking more pictures of the day now that I am posting this. But you know how it is on Christmas, it is a little distracting. After presents we had a traditional Muir Christmas breakfast which always includes super yummy homemade scones. Later that day we went to my parents for some more presents and to say Merry Christmas to them. What a fun day, too bad next Christmas is so far away :)
