The Drowsy Chaperone

On Wednesday night Alex and I went to a new play on Broadway. It was called The Drowsy Chaperone. Some friends of Alex's parents wrote the play about their dating story. So they used the same names and everything as his parent's friends. They actually have quite an interesting dating story. Anyway, it was funny and pretty entertaining. They came to the Capitol Theater and will be here performing until the 29th of June. I love going to plays, it is so fun to see something live rather than going to a movie theater (although I do love that as well.) Oh and you know the show Everybody Loves Raymond? The woman who plays Robert's Wife Amy's Mother is in the play. Does that make any sense? Anyway she was entertaining to watch and there were some parts that made me laugh. So if you are in New York City looking for something to do, see this play.
